He is a cleaning employee which is hired by 2 tribes which are having a dispute, both tribes went to their enemy tribe and stained the other tribe, once it is cleaned he realizes that the inhabitants are also stained and can be cleaned, so you must clean the inhabitants before the conflict escalates.
